Our Mission
R.O.O.T.S. fosters the mindset that all things are possible when individuals truly believe in their unique gifts and abilities. Our mandate is to coach clients through the discovery of the infinite possibilities open to them—and then map the path that helps them embrace the best choices for their goals.
OUR YOUTH CEO PROGRAM
Students are at the heart of everything we do. We recognize that student achievement is influenced by a variety of interconnected factors—many of which stem from social-emotional development and the acquisition of essential life skills. These include motivation, resiliency, trauma, peer relationships, behavior, academic engagement, personal will, respect, and responsibility, among others.
ROOTS addresses these critical areas through the implementation of ROOTS CEO Program, which is delivered in an interactive and engaging classroom format with real-life application. Each module within the program is designed with a specific focus and measurable outcome that is developed and achieved over the course of the program.
The foundational framework of the ROOTS CEO model is grounded in the theory that building resiliency leads to improved academic outcomes. Through targeted support and guidance, ROOTS equips students with tools and strategies to identify and manage the emotions that hinder their academic performance. The curriculum is designed to uncover and strengthen the "inner wealth" within each student—helping them confront and overcome personal challenges and sensitive issues that may have previously limited their success.
As students develop newfound confidence, this becomes the catalyst for improved emotional well-being and academic performance.
