  • Impactful work in emotional development cited by the New York State School Boards Association online publication and the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle newspaper.
  • We were integral in a New York grade school receiving a National Excellence in Urban Education award from the National Center for Urban School Transformation by facilitating a 24% increase in English as a Second Language (ELA) scores.
  • We have a thirteen-year history as a contracted Project Manager/Trainer advancing cultural, character, and leadership development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Rochester.
  • Directed development and implementation of human resource initiatives—recruitment, hiring, training—for a Rochester-based production company with 40 staff.
